These terms apply to enquiries, quotations and corporate gifting orders placed with LUXERIS through this website.

Enquiries and quotations

Information, product descriptions, images and indicative prices shown on the website are for general guidance. Final pricing, availability, specifications, branding, packaging, taxes and delivery charges are confirmed in the quotation issued for the specific requirement.

Customised products

For customised products, production is based on the artwork, specifications and approvals confirmed by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate logos, text, quantities, sizes and other required information.

Orders and payment

An order becomes confirmed only after the agreed quotation and payment terms are accepted. Advance payment, balance payment and other commercial terms will be stated in the applicable quotation or invoice.

Production and delivery

Lead times depend on the product, quantity, branding, packaging, approvals and destination. Delivery dates are planned against the confirmed production schedule. Multi-location or pan-India dispatch may have different delivery timelines.

Changes and cancellations

Changes or cancellations after approval may affect cost and delivery timelines, particularly after customised production has started. Any applicable adjustment will be communicated before proceeding.

Product availability

Product colours, materials, finishes and packaging may vary according to supplier availability and the final approved specification. Where an exact item is unavailable, suitable alternatives may be discussed before confirmation.
